She is currently the founder of Baumhaus in Hong Kong, and runs the largest Kindermusik programme in Asia.

香港電影金像獎得獎女演員姬素·孔尚治曾於菲律賓話劇團及香港迪士尼樂園擔任主要演員。其後，她攻讀教育碩士學位，專注於兒童音樂學習。她現為香港Baumhaus的創辦人，並營運著亞洲最大規模的Kindermusik課程。
