Rebecca Ng
Principal Percussion
Rebecca Ng was born in Hong Kong and holds a Masters of Music degree from the New England Conservatory in the USA. She also received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Professional Diploma from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Her mentors include Will Hudgins, Frank Epstein, Fred Buda, Sa Davies, Nancy Zeltsman, Dr. Lung Heung-wing and Yim Hok-man. Since 1996 Rebecca Ng has performed with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra and the Hong Kong Sinfonietta. She is also a percussion tutor at Hong Kong Baptist University, the Education University of Hong Kong and The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a founding member and Principal Percussionist of City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong since 1999.
吳美瑩
首席敲擊樂
吳美瑩生於香港，於美國新英倫音樂學院取得音樂碩士學位，並以香港中文大學音樂學士及香港演藝學院以專業文憑畢業。在學期間師從赫堅士、艾普斯坦、布達、戴維斯、薩茲曼、龍向榮教授及閻學敏。自1996年起，吳美瑩以自由音樂人身份參與香港管弦樂團、香港中樂團及香港小交響樂團的演出。她現於香港中文大學、香港浸會大學及香港教育大學音樂系教授敲擊樂，並於1999年以創團成員的身份加入香港城市室樂團，擔任敲擊樂首席。
