Since 1999, City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong (CCOHK) has established itself as one of Asia’s leading chamber orchestras and one of Hong Kong’s most dynamic arts entities. Members are professional musicians who deliver high quality concerts promoting chamber orchestral music. CCOHK’s yearly subscription plan features a diverse repertoire, collaborations with world-class artists, masterclasses and new and original orchestra theatre programmes for young audiences.
University graduates with relevant experience and a genuine passion for the performing arts are invited to apply for the following position:
Concert Manager & Librarian 音樂會及譜務經理 (Full-time)
Duties include concert planning, scheduling, stage management, project implementation, preparation of music scores and parts and managing of all the orchestra’s logistical and technical requirements. A working knowledge of orchestral terminology and an ability to read orchestral scores, technical riders and stage plans is a must. The candidate should be capable of multi-tasking and handling stress, reliable, detail orientated and capable of working under limited supervision. He/she should possess strong goal orientation and organizational skills and be capable of juggling several projects simultaneously. A flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend work is required.
